First and Goal, Inc. is a non-profit, 501c(3) organization, whose mission is to provide the necessary tools, support, and resources for youth that will enrich, equip and empower them to be effective members of society. Established In 1999 by former National Football League (NFL) players, Tyrone Smith of the San Francisco 49ers, Derrick Harris of the San Diego Chargers, and Darnell Walker of the San Francisco 49ers, the purpose of First and Goal, Inc. is to provide a unique service in which youth will obtain resources to enhance academic, social and moral development.
